Juncadella cleared to race after crash

Formula 3 Euro Series race winner Daniel Juncadella has been cleared to continue in the Macau Grand Prix, despite bruising his back in his qualifying accident on Thursday. The Spaniard crashed his Prema Powerteam car at Fisherman's Bend in first qualifying and was taken to hospital for precautionary checks. Those tests discovered that he has lower back muscle contusion, but medical chiefs have said he will be fine to participate in the race
